Prana will be teaching a class on Patanjali (author of Yoga Sutras), with a focus upon the yamas and niyamas, and the other subsequent 6 limbs of the 8 limbed Clasical Raja Yoga path. The class will be 45 minutes of discourse and 45 mins of VipassanAsana (hybrid meditation/stretching). Please bring a notebook and pencil + mat.
